Since August 2008 Rouse has been working with the Digital Performance Initiative at The Georgia Institute of Technology. Current projects include a performance research project that combines human computer interaction (HCI) research methods with performance practice and a humanistic theoretical approach to investigate issues of liveness and remediation in contemporary culture.
